Over the last six months the Bedford NY real estate market has been doing very well.  The number of sales has jumped 35% to 46 sold homes over the last six months.  Prices are also doing well.  The median price of a sold Bedford NY home has jumped 36% to $1,182,500 this year compared to the same period last year.
