Announcements

New Rochelle: Tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, stop by New Rochelle's Down to Earth Farmers Market and meet the staff members from the New Rochelle Department of Development. This department plans and guides the physical advancement of the City. They also propose and manage projects that enhance the built environment and improve the city's quality-of-life. Stop by and share your thoughts on what should be happening around town.

Larchmont: On Saturday, the market welcomes Bach to Rock, an organization that promotes music appreciation among young people. They help students to develop their skills through music instruction. Then the students can go anywhere their musical interests take them — Rock, Pop, or Classical — the works! Moreover, the experience of performing in bands before audiences is an exciting component of music instruction — building self-confidence, garnering peer recognition, and providing a strong social incentive for continued progress. Stop by the market anytime from 8:30 am to 1 pm to learn how you or your child can become involved in their great work.
