Homeowners will face new refinancing fee starting in September | Mt Kisco Real Estate | Buying Bedford Real Estate: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the government-sponsored enterprises that back millions of mortgages, are adding a new 0.5% fee on all mortgage refinance transactions starting Sept. 1.
