Dicker, along with the Battery Park Promenade, the Museum of Natural History and Montauk, according to Andrew Cuomo, one of the top 10 things to do in New York with his girlfriend Sandra Lee, is go to the Mount Kisco Diner. According to governor-elect Cuomo, “it’s an old fashioned Greek diner.”

The Mount Kisco Diner and Frank Georgiou deserve this recognition.
