Housing prices up nearly 3 percent, FNC reports | Katonah Homes
The numbers in San Antonio’s housing market continue to move in the right direction, according to Oxford, Miss.-based real-estate information technology company FNC Inc., which recently released its residential price index (RPI) for the month of September.
Between August and September of this year, housing prices in the Alamo City rose .9 percent, FNC reports.
Nationally, home prices rose .5 percent between August 2013 and September 2013.
Between September 2012 and September 2013, home prices in San Antonio were up 2.7 percent.
Nationally, home prices rose 6.2 percent on a year-over-year basis.
Since January 2012 , home prices in the Alamo City have risen 6.3 percent, according to FNC’s Sept. 2013 analysis.
