Smoke from a massive brush fire that's burned more than 50 acres in Rockland County has traveled across the Hudson River and into Westchester.

The blaze, which started yesterday, is also visible in towns in the western portion of Westchester.
Odor and air quality as a result of the fire have affected towns as far east as Lewisboro.

The fire started at the landmark "TZ Rock" near Tappan Zee High School in Orangeburg before heading up the western portion of Clausland Mountain.

Crews from 30 fire companies are battling the fire, which has not yet spread to any homes.
