Christie Brinkley Sells in North Haven to Cantor Fitzgerald Prez | Waccabuc Real Estate

Sources tell us that Christie Brinkley has sold one of her real estate holdings, this beautiful 1804 bayfront house in North Haven, to Cantor Fitzgerald president Stuart Hersch and wife Marni. We're told the Hersches paid $10M for the property, which is on the market for $8.9M. There's about 2.6 acres of land with a private sandy beach and the house itself is incredibly charming. Here's where it gets juicy: apparently, as a condition of sale, the Hersches had to promise that they would never hire Christie's ex-husband, architect Peter Cook, to work on the property nor ever allow him to purchase it. Now that's what we call revenge, Hamptons-style!
